Your Visit
At the time of making your appointment, our
personal assistants will inform you of the costs of consultations.
They may be able to provide estimates of final treatment costs.
Following your consultation you will be provided with a detailed
statement of the costs of any treatments proposed.
If you have medical insurance, such as BUPA or PPP, please contact
the relevant insurer before the appointment to obtain authorisation
for the consultation and any subsequent treatment. You will be given
either a claims form or authorisation number, which you will need
to give your doctor or their personal assistant, at the time of
your consultation.
Insurance schedules do not necessarily cover the full cost of treatments,
and you may be asked to pay any excess not covered by your insurance
policy.
If you are paying yourself, you
can do this, in the confines of a private area, by cash, or cheque,
prior to your departure. Any queries on payment can be discussed
with one of the clinic assistants, if they are on site or the Practice
Manager.
